Kevin: The building looks like it was mostly spared from Sherman's March to the sea. But this place is busy. There are about 12-15 bar seats and that is the entirety of the seating. The service is lackluster, the food is meh, but for some reason I love eating here. It just reminds me of comfort food in a comfortable setting. I had a coke and two chili cheese burgers. This place is a staple in Cartersville and it feels as if they know almost every customer that comes in. There are definitely nicer restaurants in Cartersville, but something about this place keeps people coming back time and time again, and that will include me.
Melissa: I wouldn't use the term "comfort food", I'd say it's the food that everyone brought to the family reunion - runny chili that was mostly water and zero seasoning. I had the chili cheeseburger "all the way" with slaw, a coke and fries. The service is less than impressive and at best, cordial. But I love coming here and will continue to despite my dismal review.
