Kevin: As I arrived, we were quickly greeted by the hostess. I hoped this was a great sign of what was to come. I have to admit, the menu, food quality, and service don't really add up to me. The menu and the food were very good. For an appetizer we had the Peach Chutney. The flavor as well as the toast points were really good, but I feel it could have been executed better. It was really runny and difficult to eat with the toast points. I ordered the Pork Chop and mashed potatoes for dinner. Both were outstanding and I would highly recommend them. Now the service. Very slow, unenthusiastic, and not welcoming. It is a real shame; the service does not fit the food in my opinion. There are other places to go at this price point that would provide you a better experience.
Melissa: I ordered the chicken cutlet, and it is outstanding- It's a touch sweet with a hint of spiciness. I agree the peach chutney was disappointing - the flavor was really, really good and the toast points were perfect - there wasn't a lot of substance to it and pretty much impossible to eat on the toast point and used it to sop up the juice. I would describe service as blah. There are other places to eat nearby that have better service, atmosphere and food for the price point.
