Kevin:  We stopped in while in Gainesville.  Not the biggest fan of Cuban food, but let's give it a shot.  It was a little busy, which was a good sign.  We were greeted when we arrived and as we sat down a server greeted us quickly.  The food was good, service was good, and atmosphere was good.  Everyone was working, no one standing around, and overall, it was a really good experience.      

Melissa: Funny how Kevin didn't really review the food, you can tell he's not a huge fan and this stop was for me.  I ordered the Palomilla bowl and loved it.  The plantains were perfect - ripe, sweet and a slight crispiness on the outside.  The service was quick and friendly.
