Kevin: I would guess most of their business comes from carry out and deliveries. When you come in, there is a whole table set for delivery and pickups. First, the food is very good. Sometimes it is hard to find really good Chinese food. But everything we had was very tasty. I had the Mu Shu Pork, egg drop soup, and egg roll. Service was prompt, food came out timely, and generally had a very good dining experience. But!! The restaurant is desperate need of updating. The dining tables look like they came out of a diner that closed in the early 80's, maybe Mel's Diner. But this place is busy, not with dine ins, but it is no secret how good their food is!
Melissa: Years ago there was a Chinese restaurant we loved. The owner knew Kevin since he was 8 and he also got to know our kids too. The food was phenomenal and consistent, but he sold after many years and the new owners changed recipes and we quit going. With that said, we really like Yen Ching. The dining room was pretty empty but the carry out was busy. I wish I knew the lady's name, but she is great! She was the only person we saw, and she never got flustered or frustrated with the people in and out or the busy phone. She is friendly and something about her just makes me smile. The food is great - we had the egg drop soup, crab rangoon, wontons, Mu Shu pork and beef and broccoli. Everything was very good, and I would definitely recommend. Just know, the interior is not modern at all but clean.
